I had multiple instances where I needed this warranty used, but their service department does not pick up the phone or return messages. I went in, and they said it'll be 6 months to service the car, and to try again then. Clearly they don't have the proper amount of mechanics for the amount of work needed, and the customer service is awful! [UPDATE] Currently in a 1 month limbo with this company. The transmission completely failed on my vehicle, and my extended warranty that I purchased is a mere 400 miles past the warranty. While I realize they're under no obligation, I have read many accounts of dealers seeking a "Good Faith" agreement with the warranty company where up to half of the cost has been covered. At this point, I would settle for a sense of urgency in the customer service department over even compensation. Lost my job a few months ago due to the reemergence of Covid, and subsequent slowing of work so I am in literal dire straits. Looking for some compassion out of Better Way Wholesale Autos, but at this point I would have to say their customer service ends once the sale has transpired. More

Beware of this dealership...things to do before driving a car off the lot. 1. Pull your own carfax report. 2. Have a certified mechanic examine the car prior to purchasing. 3. On February 23 of 2021, I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 from A Better Way for $12,000(MSRP $4,000-$6,000). Two days later, my Chrysler(which passed “A Better Way’s 12-Point Safety Inspection”) stalled out from A Better Way for $12,000(MSRP $4,000-$6,000). Two days later, my Chrysler(which passed “A Better Way’s 12-Point Safety Inspection”) stalled out in the left lane on the highway and I was nearly rear ended by a tractor trailer(transmission issues). I also discovered that the passenger seatbelt had been cleanly severed in half and sewn back together with a few pieces of thread in order to mask this incomprehensible safety issue. I also discovered that the A/C was blowing cold, blown fuses, faulty mirror switches, less-than adequate bumper fasteners, and other general half-assness of all sorts. A few of these issues have since been fixed by A Better Way, but most are still unrectified. Please don’t attempt to deny these accusations as I have enough documented evidence to obliterate any and all reasonable doubt. The utter lack of concern that A Better Way has for customer safety is terrifying. I needed a reliable car to get me to and from school…but what I got was an overpriced, debt-accumulating, rolling death-trap. A Better Way is the Walmart of car dealerships. Please don’t do it. More

Looking for a Car is sometime difficult, but thank god for the internet. I found several cars online that I liked and ABW. My girlfriend and I went to see two infinti cars, but when I arrived I was tol for the internet. I found several cars online that I liked and ABW. My girlfriend and I went to see two infinti cars, but when I arrived I was told that they sold. My one question why were they still listed on the website? I continued to look and I found a Nissan Juke and completed the online paperwork. I went down to ABW and was told that I can see the car because Dan is not in. To me that makes no sense I'm looking to buy a car. So now I was just Informed that the car I wanted is gone but its still listed on the website. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes there is miss communication, but I hate false advertising and my time being wasted. shop elsewhere More

This dealership lies, before you buy take it to a body shop and also a mechanic you trust and get them both to look at it before you buy don’t be like the ones that Like me bought it and are now suffering. Would give zero stars if possible, shady business tactics that prey on people that don't have good credit or people that don't realize that they do. From showing cars with structural damage to asking for a d that prey on people that don't have good credit or people that don't realize that they do. From showing cars with structural damage to asking for a deposit and not issuing a refund when I wouldn't take the car is awful business practice. This place should be shutdown and investigated. More
