Got exactly what I wanted, at a great price, pressure free! After visiting several other dealerships and working with many different salespeople, I expected my experience at Bonneville to be another high pressu After visiting several other dealerships and working with many different salespeople, I expected my experience at Bonneville to be another high pressure situation, where I would be urged to purchase a vehicle that was less than perfect for me. Not the case at all! I was greeted by Orlando, who asked me questions and then immediately got me driving the exact Chrysler Pacifica that I was hoping to learn about, with all of the features, trim, and even the color that I wanted. Orlando was easy to talk to, and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was patient with me, since I had many questions (and a touch of anxiety) about buying a new vehicle, and he was very kind to my children. Orlando walked me through the entire process, and it was clear that my satisfaction was really important to him. Since Orlando is fairly new to the team, he had another rep, Todd Oswald, overseeing the transaction. Todd was also really helpful, and clearly a good mentor to Orlando. Dan helped me navigate the financing, and made sure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend visiting Bonneville and working with these guys, if you are interested in having a positive car buying experience. Quick and Painless Going into this purchase I was a bit jaded. My first ever car buying experience resulted in 6 hours at a dealership and some serious anxiety issues when it comes to dealerships. I was referred to Bonneville by a co-worker when my lease was nearly up, and I was looking to get into a nice 4WD SUV. When I walked into Bonneville, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Ricky, and we felt like he did all he could to get us into the car we wanted, and even sped up the paperwork process so we could leave in time to make an appointment 40 minutes away. Ricky was very low pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile for us (even if it meant potentially getting into trouble with his boss). I would definitely tell everyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Bonneville. Its definitely worth it. More

I recently had a very bad experience with a dealer in Salem where i was lied to and deceived, and still had a sour taste in my mouth when I made the appointment to look at a car at Bonneville. I met Rick and he seemed to sense that I was not a happy shopper. We spoke for a few minutes and he calmed me down and I started my "happy" shopping experience. He showed me a couple of cars that I had showed an interest in without any "hard sell" and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and more important, he relieved all of my apprehensions. I picked the car that I wanted and finalizing the deal wasn't what I expected IT WAS BETTER. It was my first time buying a vehicle from Bonneville, but it won't be my last. I would have no trouble recommending either the dealership or Rick, my salesman. He gave me some space to make my final decision without trying to pressure me. This was not always the case during other purchases that I made. More
