This dealership rocks! I booked an 8:50 am appt on a Saturday. I showed up early. They predicted my car would be ready at 9:50 after oil change and tire rotation. They always do great work! I won’t take my Jeep Sahara anywhere else for service! More

I brought a tire in to get fixed as it had a hole in it. After speaking with the representative (Jared) regarding my flat tire, I was asked to take the tire off of the back of my Jeep and carry it into th After speaking with the representative (Jared) regarding my flat tire, I was asked to take the tire off of the back of my Jeep and carry it into the garage. After confirming I needed to take it off and bring it in their garage myself, I was taken back. Luckily, I had the tools and knew how to take the tire off the back of my Jeep and was strong enough to carry it from the parking lot into the service garage. I was never offered any help from the representative at the desks or any other worker who watched me carry my tire in from the parking lot. I was floored Lithia would ask a female customer to do the labor and literally carry the tire into the garage. I spoke to the manager about what occurred while I was still there which he didn’t show much concern. Part of me wonders if he even believed me. I never did receive an apology from the representative. My husband was the one who received the apology once he got involved after hearing about how I was treated. I still have Jared’s voicemail on my phone saying the tire was ready to be picked up and no apology. We all hear about stories where women get treated poorly in places of business like this, but I never thought it would come from Lithia. It’s sad and incredibly unfortunate the situation seemed to be handled and important enough once my husband got involved. Being a customer of Lithia since 2013, I am very disappointed and can take my business elsewhere. More
