The nicest thing is we are senior citizens and no problem getting a car wash but more challenging to give the front a good vacuuming. My suggestion is give customers an option a good vacuuming or a car wash? More

Watch the charges They wanted me to give them 5 stars but I can’t. I find charging for diagnostic work then not crediting it back when the work is completed to be shady. Plus they didn’t even have the kit in stock to complete all the recalls on my Honda. It’s going to require yet another trip to the dealer. Plus the prices for doing the work found on their vehicle inspection was downright a rip off. I’ll take it elsewhere. More

As we continued talking I believe it was Mike that approached us and let us know about a new Civic. I continued working with Brett and then he took me on a test drive in the new Civic. He explained all the "gadgets" and how the controls worked, I was sold on the car, I felt comfortable in it right away. After I made the decision to buy Brett told me about options that were available for a new car. No pressure to purchase but thorough on what these options would do to protect the car. This may seem minor but I think it added to the dealership, Brett took me to the lounge and also the service department and told me how the service department took in vehicles and how they operated. Also Brett thanks for responding to my phone calls so quickly and saying call anytime. Thanks Brett for a great car buying experience. Also thanks to the service department for getting me in to add the options. They also were very professional. Also hats off to Brian for helping with payments. More
