Awesome customer service!! Our Honda Element had an issue as my husband was passing through St Cloud. He dropped the Element of at Luther St. Cloud. When I picked it up the next Our Honda Element had an issue as my husband was passing through St Cloud. He dropped the Element of at Luther St. Cloud. When I picked it up the next day, it initially ran well, but then/began sputtering again. I dropped it off again and they offered me a loaner vehicle to use. When I picked the Ele ment up the next day, I was nearly home ( 50 min away) when it acted up again. Rather than have me drive back to St Cloud, they delivered a loaner to my home and drove the Element back to the shop. Today they delivered the Element to our home--and it's running great! The best part about this experience?? They charged us after the initial fix but not for the two subsequent visits, nor for the car rental. The customer service at Luther St Cloud Honda is nothing short of phenomenal!! More
