My car has been at Elder Ford for over a week now. It is in for the 3rd time for the same issue. They can’t figure out what is wrong with my passenger side window. There is NO communication. I paid for a loaner car which is ridiculous if Ford has my car for a long time they should cover the loaner car now I have to go out of my way to bring the loaner back only for them to give me a different one. They don’t care when I say that I have wasted a lot of my time and gas driving back and forth to just get my car fixed. Why does it take a week each time it needs to be repaired. I pay my loan and higher cost for the warranty only for Ford to have it there for 3 weeks for the same thing. Fix my car already. More
