Made a 1 o’clock appointment for a oil change and first service when I made the appointment the person said it was a good time to come I told her I didn’t want to wait three hours for a oil change well it service when I made the appointment the person said it was a good time to come I told her I didn’t want to wait three hours for a oil change well it took 3 hours and while they were taking the car in they hit the mirror of another car and put a mark on the car which they had to buff out will probably look for a different KIA dealer closer to home for service I had to drive 55 minutes for this type of service More
