Daniel and Austin were more then kind and caring while I was trying to figure out what I wanted in a new car. We had some craziness during the process but they were completely understandable and kept telling me everything was going to be fine. They made sure I was buying the right car for me and made sure I knew what I wanted before we sealed the deal. If I had to choose anyone to help myself or anyone I know buy a car it would be them. With their help that day I got a brand new car that I'm completely in love with. I couldn't possibly thank these men enough. If I was asked by anyone where they should buy a car it would definitely be Ricart. But most importantly I would recommend these men to help them. You guys are excellent workers and sales men. Thank you for making my experience worth it and making me feel like a part of the Ricart family 😊 More

Awesome experience all around! I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whi I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whitaker, Zach Bowens and Dan Atherton made it pleasant and enjoyable. All three were very easy to work with and nice. My husband and I actually enjoyed talking to all three of them as they are very personable and it's obvious they care about their customers. My dad is looking for a new Ford truck and he will more than likely be coming to Columbus this weekend to purchase one. I really hope he gets to work with the same people we did. More

Everything was good but the sales manager. I was a customer that drove over 500 miles to buy a truck. I had been talking with Michael Cuva for about a week and with his great help, found a truc I was a customer that drove over 500 miles to buy a truck. I had been talking with Michael Cuva for about a week and with his great help, found a truck through phone calls and pictures from Michael. Mr Cuva was excellent, never pushy, and gave me all the information that I needed to find the right truck. After Michael found the truck, I wanted to settle on a price before a made the long drive. Cuva had Dan Atherton, sales manager, to call me with a final price. We agreed on the price that was supposed to include sales tax. Dan asked what my local sales tax was and even called my local courthouse. To make a long story short, I find out once I get back home to get my tag that I had to pay over $1500 in taxes. I called Michael to see if we could figure out a solution and DAN called back and said that I misunderstood. He said that his notes showed that I would pay taxes when I got home and that I had put $1000 down. I didn't put any money down and he told me that taxes would be covered in the price before I made the long drive. Michael Cuva is excellent but Dan Atherton will tell you one thing and write down something else. HE'S A TYPICAL SALES CROOK. More
