Hands down the best Toyota dealer in MA. These guys are great. I'm a pro and brutal to deal with. Dealers usually hate me when I leave. Jason and Mike were the coolest guys I have ever dealt with. Even when I would give my tough guy/jerk routine to them, they still treated me like gold. I'm not joking when I say it was enjoyable. And no one likes the process of buying a new car. It hurts sometimes!!!! But what a place here. Second Tacoma from them and every car will always be through here. Can't say enough good things about this place. Again, don't forget, I'm brutal. If someone does one little thing to me that I don't like, I hold it against them! But can't say one bad thing. also the GM (Dan) is a class act and nice guy. Usually GM's are untouchable and hide away. Dan is a super star. Jason and Mike are so cool that I want them to be my friends...haha I actually want a problem to happen just so I can go and talk with them both again. Buy here and I GUARANTEE you won't regret it. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were treated like family. This is our second experience at Herb Chambers Toyota Scion of Auburn and we will be back again. We never thought we could have fun while buying a car, but we truly had a lot of laughs - Wayne was great to work with from start to finish. All others that we met along the way made us feel like we were valued customers. We felt as though we were among friends from all we encountered. I love buying a new car from this dealership. Jimmy is the nicest man you will ever meet and he helped us through the way of buying our new car. We were at Herb Chambers picking up my husband's truck from service and I was looking around the show room when the 2013 Rav 4 caught my eye. Wayne Brodsky approached me and I was impressed how kno truck from service and I was looking around the show room when the 2013 Rav 4 caught my eye. Wayne Brodsky approached me and I was impressed how knowledgeable he was about this vehicle. I was short on time and when I had to leave, he handed me a brochure and his parting words were that "he would be available whenever I wanted to visit the dealership and take one for a test drive". I was currently driving a 2007 FJ Cruiser and had not been planning to change vehicles at this time. I looked at the brochure many times over the next month or so and when I decided to go test drive one, I went back to Herb Chambers to find Wayne. He again took the time to tell me all about the Rav 4, then we took it for a test drive and then we discussed what options I wanted. The team there was very accommodating, taking the time to offer the best trade for the FJ and obtain the vehicle and options I was looking for. However, I was just not ready to sign on the dotted line. I was not an easy sell and had it in my head I was going to shop around. After that visit, Wayne touched base with me but did not pressure me. I had to know I was getting the best deal. Within the next week or so, I visited 2 other Toyota dealers looking to get a better trade in deal. Neither of the other Toyota dealers offered such attentive, knowledgeable, patient sales people like Wayne nor could they compare to Herb Chambers trade in deal. After all comparisons were done, Herb Chambers won hands down with high marks going to Wayne Brodsky as the best salesman. I revisited with Wayne, he answered all my remaining questions, he made sure all bases were covered and we closed the deal. Within days, Herb Chambers obtained the exact vehicle I wanted. Wayne you are the best! Also kudos to Mr. Bortuloussi, General Manager for personally thanking me for my purchase. Also kudos to Mr. Jeffrey Krasner who took the time to explain Herb Chambers Service Department. Also kudos to finance for finalizing paperwork so quickly. Oh yeah, love my 2013 RAV 4! More

I just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Rav4. Overall, I had a good experience with Herb Chambers in Auburn-- once I was able to talk to Daniel Bortolussi. I spoke to three different sales managers: Mike Demers ( good experience with Herb Chambers in Auburn-- once I was able to talk to Daniel Bortolussi. I spoke to three different sales managers: Mike Demers (in person), Dylan Hoang (in person) and "Bob" (on the phone). Everyone had something different to say about what they could offer for a price on my trade-in. After receiving quotes from eight different dealers and visiting four of them in person (including this dealership), I called Mike Demers back to re-negotiate the price on my trade-in. He said he would talk to a manager and get back to me within 30 minutes. That never happened so after three hours I called the dealership and got someone named "Bob" who agreed to my new offer and told me to come in and ask for Dylan. To put it mildly, when I got there I got the run-around from Mike and Dylan who claimed "Bob" "wasn't authorized to make that deal" and they would not honor it. (If you are an experienced car buyer, you know this is the number one line everyone pulls.) When my conversations with them went nowhere, I asked to talk to the Executive General Manager, Dan Bortolussi, so I could put in a complaint on my way out the door. I planned to head back to a different dealership, but I found Dan to be honest, fair, and straightforward. He was great to work with and I ended up buying my vehicle after speaking with him. From there, my experience was wonderful. Thomas Gulo (Sales and Internet Manager), Shawn Merrick (Finance Director) and Renel Plymouthe (Sales Manager) were all a pleasure to work with. Thomas Gulo was especially helpful and patient with me. In the end, I got a great price on my car and an average price on my trade-in. My suggestion: don't take any offers from the salespeople as reliable until you hear it from Dan himself. They do not communicate with each other and make offers that do not hold up. If you can speak to Dan, you will be all set! More

I wrote a review last Tuesday evening but Auburn Toyota did not receive it..I don't know why but anyway..... I went to Herb Chambers on Friday evening of last week and decided to buy a Rav 4 . I didn't did not receive it..I don't know why but anyway..... I went to Herb Chambers on Friday evening of last week and decided to buy a Rav 4 . I didn't have time to negotiate but told Jimmy Eldean I would be back in the morning. I met Jimmy at 8:45 on Saturday morning and I was back at my home in less than 5 hours with a brand new vehicle which is just gorgeous! Jimmy is the BOMB! He is a true gentleman who is honest, respectful and does not play any games. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. There was absolutely NO hassle and I would HIGHLY recommend Jimmy to be your salesman as he is the BEST person to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. He is kind of unbelievable to tell you the truth. I wish you the very best in your career, Jimmy. Thank you for ALL you did to make this experience go SO smoothly. Dylan H., Jimmy's Mgr., was also very respectful and quickly assisted in putting together the deal. Shawn, the money man, is indeed the correct individual in your company to service clients in the finance area. He puts you at ease and has a GREAT personality.
