The fact that I'm approaching 73 years of age and my car buying future may be limited only served to enhance the positive experience. Considering some of the past experiences I've had with Herb Chambers in Auburn, this most recent experience finally redeemed them. I re-introduced myself to GM Dan Bortolussi to tell him this, but he didn't seem interested in what I had to say; in fact, he seemed pre-occupied and even cold. Perhaps, he should work on his public persona. Considering the fact that I am his elder and I don't throw complements around willy-nilly, I hope he takes note of this. What a great place to buy your next Toyota! First, I have to say that Kennedy is a great salesperson, he is patient and does not rush through the process to make the sale. He takes the time to go through everything and to make the customer feel that they are not just a sale. My wife and I had purchased a Toyota Sienna in 2012 and were very happy with it. A while back we decided to trade it in for a newer model, we went back and forth with the "Let's Make a Deal" process with Kennedy and the Sales Manage, Emad (who by the way is a very professional and courteous gentleman). I just wish they would cut to the chase and sell the vehicle instead of the back and forth (we spent 8 hours there that day), But again Kennedy put the time in with us and made sure all questions were answered and not once did he use pressure tactics as many other dealers and sales people do. I did have an issue at the dealership though (nothing to do with the sales staff) and Dan Bortolussi had to get involved. Dan took an unpleasant situation and turned it around, I wasn't expecting the outcome we had and what Dan did satisfied both my wife and I. He showed us that they actually do care about their customers. Dan even gave our three children plush Toyota "teddies". I definitely recommend Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, and they are and will my families dealership for years to come. Herb Chambers has put together a great team in Auburn, thank you for everything. Starting with my first contact Jimmy Eldean the "We will make it happen" man. Warm, gracious, charming, positive and knowledgeable, on to Dylan Hoang reassuring, constructive and energetic in pursuing the art of the deal to make it happen next, to Chris Stockert a mature young man meticulous in his explanation of the lease, enabling me to clearly understand my obligations and receptive to my questions without rushing me, and finally on to Stephane Jovin who chatted with me for quite some time providing the whipped cream on my cake to conclude an absolutely wonderful lease experience. I should take a moment to compliment Daniel Bortolussi for a very warm and meaningful exchange leading us to both realize that we had much in common. We had a brief yet very meaningful conversation in which he described a personal effort he was engaged in to make live bearable and meaningful for individuals experiencing the aftermath of the traumas suffered by their parents during the second world war. I truly applaud him for his clarity of purpose and his commitment to alleviate the destructive depressions suffered by these individuals. Working with Tim was so easy, he is honest and mindful of my time, as a parent of 3 year old twins. he brought vehicles over to my house to help me an my wife decide and even on delivery had Kid DVD ready to keep the kids entertained as he walked through the delivery of the van. I give them five stars, but if I could give them more I would. My family went in looking to buy one car for me, but we ended up leaving with three! Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff. We had spoken to the sales manager, Mike Demers on the phone and told him we were interested in the Avalon, and their team had it pulled up and waiting for us to test drive. Jacob Perez, another sales associate helped us test drive every car we were interested in, taking his time bring out the ones we liked in the pouring rain! He even brought us beverages and snacks because we were there all day sealing deals on three cars. Mike was able to give us good prices on our trade-ins and also threw on some great features to our new vehicles. Miguel Cepeda was able to get each of us great interest rates and good deals on our protection packages. Dan Bortolussi even came out and gave us each a stuffed animal to say thank you for our purchases. We ended up getting a new Avalon, Venza, and Corolla, which we are all very happy with. We had a great experience and will be sure to recommend this dealership to our friends and family! More

I went to the dealership uncertain on what kind of vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she is very hard to please, on arrival we were greeted by Imad Beneikour who made us feel welcome and at home show us to a seat and brought us some hot chocolate and coffee FREE OF CHARGE!!!!, and assured us that we would be taken cared of by the best of the best thats when we meet Andi Xhacka who was a pleasant surprise one of the nicest guys i meet sat me down and educated me on everything i need to know about the vehicles that interested me from top to bottom even the plus and negatives and went on multiple test drives with me with no hesitation till i found the vehicle i fell in love with which was already mark at a hell of a good price he assured me that he could do better then any other dealership the entire time he was helping me he was always making sure everything was ok with mom which ment the world to me and her herself was very please thats untill she stumble upon a vehicle that she also like and Dhimitri Lako so pleasantly model to her and wowed her on everything then we went back inside to wrap up the deals not on one vehicle but 2!!!! upon entering the building we ran into Mr. Kennedy Lidonde who i had the pleasure of sharing a few laughs especially when Tony Bonillia and Micheal Demers came and join in on the fun then we got to business with mike who actually wowed us even more and gave us better numbers then before for both mine and Andi deal and Dhimitri and my mothers deal we bought on the spot couldnt refused those numbers, i know you guys are reading this and thinking wow what a trip at a dealership but thats not all the cherry on top we got to meet the man in charge himself Daniel Bortolussi who i am honor to say you will never find a man like that anywhere just a great guy with a damn near perfect organization who is run to t on how his personality is just excellent Herb if you see this just know your dealership in auburn has be bless by god himself to have such wonderful people and service i was honor to buy a car from them and my business and my entire family business will foever be kept at auburn if your reading this and decide to shop else where there is something seriously wrong with you best dealership hands down thank you guys for everything ill see you guys soon for my check up More
