After 2 hours I asked the statues of the cars pool change. I was told he would check. 20 min later I had to ask again and I was told he would check despite being told that before. In addition he never came back and I had to ask again 3rd time. Finally he told me there was a mix up and my car was not serviced. So for 2.5 hits my car was just sitting not being serviced. It took 3 hours for me to get an oil change because of a mix up. This was a huge inconvenience and I even missed my doctor’s appointment that was scheduled later in the day. This was the worst service I ever received. More

Overall service is great. I did have to go in myself to schedule the appointment even though I was told they would call me when I purchased the vehicle a over a month before.
