This was my first time visiting this dealership for service in many years. I was taken aback by the way the service was called "express". It appeared that vehicles were taken in the same way the owne service in many years. I was taken aback by the way the service was called "express". It appeared that vehicles were taken in the same way the owners parked them outside the work bays as opposed to following any appointments. I personally witnessed this with the vehicle parked in front of mine being serviced before mine without an appointment. Additionally, I witnessed the technicians in all bays talk more to each other than paying attention to the work they were performing. The waiting room looks at the work bay area and all customers could see the same and many commented on that fact. The optics were unprofessional at best. This is my fifth personal Tacoma and I have a fleet at work of approximately 50. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for service. One would think a manager would easily be able to see what all customers witnessed during my visit. More
