I was watching the maintenance done on my vehicle, filling fluids and tire rotation. From the waiting room, i saw the technician remove the tires and moved the rear tires of the passenger and driver s filling fluids and tire rotation. I then asked the front desk what the process was when rotating the tires he said it has to be crisscross. I then told him that DID NOT happen, so i spent almost another HOUR waiting for them to fix the process. If only they did it correctly to begin with. I was disappointed, short cuts never worked specifically if the customer spent so much on the purchase just to get sub standard service. It’s hard to recommend to friends More

Oil change and inspection quality was about as substandard as a fly by night mechanic service you could get anywhere for about $40. There was a large oil spot on the driveway as a result of the po substandard as a fly by night mechanic service you could get anywhere for about $40. There was a large oil spot on the driveway as a result of the poor workmanship of a simple oil change, that I had to jack up the car to inspect the reason and wipe down and off the spilled dripping oil from under the engine compartment. Also all the fluids brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant needed to be topped off, that weren’t. The tire pressure was low on all 4 tires, and the tread depth measurement was off by 2/32of an inch, measuring only 3/32 of an inch. I asked about changing the passenger side fog light that was burnt out that didn’t get done, but was checked off as good on the inspection list. I ended up changing the fog light myself, which I did not want to do. While changing the fog light I observed that the passenger side front brake pads were getting low as well. I was relying on Toyota to do quality work so that I could have peace of mind when my daughter had to leave for winter classes 6 hours away the next day. She had only been home since Christmas Eve and had to leave before New Year’s. Basically work I requested was partially and poorly done and the inspection check list was pencil whipped. More
