His customer service skills are amazing and Germain needs to hold him up as an example for the staff of all of their dealerships. I have dealt with this dealership in the past for new car purchases and for the service of both of my cars and have always been more than satisfied. Chris has always been so friendly over the years that I have known him. I leased my first vehicle from him when I was fresh out of college and when that lease was up I switched to a different vehicle at an have known him. Daniel Head is an excellent salesman. He is well informed on the various Honda models. There was no pressure. I've dealt with German Honda of Dublin's Service Department on many occasions with my informed on the various Honda models. There was no pressure. I've dealt with German Honda of Dublin's Service Department on many occasions with my 2013 Honda Accord. I was so pleased with the Service Department that I thought I would give the Sales Department an opportunity when it came time to buy a new Honda. I am so glad I did. There was no pressure.
