We were going to drop the car off after hours to be worked on the next morning, but we arrived just at closing. One of the service managers saw us and insisted on doing all the paperwork for us. Even though he was clearly in his way out when we arrived, and the night drop off would have been fine, Daniel insisted on going over everything carefully because it was our first visit. Scheduled appt well in adv for warranty repair. Didn’t hold my part as promised, told me the part would come the next day. I told them I would get my car but they said part would be there. Two days late hold my part as promised, told me the part would come the next day. I told them I would get my car but they said part would be there. Two days later when I called them they said the part was on back order. Why wouldn’t they contact me and leave me without a car? That appt was 4/1 and I was only given an update when I called and spoke to manager who defended their bad service. Not my only bad experience at this service center. More
