Complimentary Oil Change! Daniel was wonderful from the start. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I didn't mind being that I walked in and really needed it done. Originally he me Daniel was wonderful from the start. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I didn't mind being that I walked in and really needed it done. Originally he mentioned it would around $40. My wait time was only a few minutes over the 2 hours, I still didn't mind. Daniel comped my visit today. I really didn't expect that, but I'm thankful he did it anyways. Always a great experience at Walker Ford! More

Unsatisfied With Walker Ford Service Department I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer for routine service at Walker Ford. The service department was unremarkable and the service representative was unfri I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer for routine service at Walker Ford. The service department was unremarkable and the service representative was unfriendly and bordering on rude. The service waiting area was uncomfortable with no complementary refreshments offered. My experience with tithe Walker Ford dealership was the most unsatisfying I have ever experienced with a car dealership. I cannot recommend Walker Ford dealership to anyone. I will be in the market for a new Ford explore at the end of the year, but because of my experience with Walker Ford service department, I will not be doing business with Walker Ford. More

Today we went for the first oil change provided by the dealership and we were very pleasantly surprised there was really no charge and they rotated the tires! I say surprised because our experience with other dealerships was never this smooth or actually no charge.....compliments to Walker Ford and when it’s time for us to purchase another car you will be the first place we look...thank you...Kay and Jim Broderick More
