Good job Daniel in service I was late for my service so I called Daniel and let him know and he said no problem. When I arrived he got my vehicle right in and had it finished i I was late for my service so I called Daniel and let him know and he said no problem. Set appointment because I had other engagements later that day. Upon arrival the service rep informed me it was a 90-120 minute wait. The visit ended up being almost 3 hours. that day. Quick ser ice for an oil change. We do wish they had an Express lube and oil as I could have remained in my truck instead of sitting on the lounge. Ryan Halcomb the Service Drive Manager took my truck in and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. He even went as far as having my t and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed.
