Ryan Halcomb the Service Drive Manager took my truck in and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. He even went as far as having my t and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. Complimentary Oil Change! Daniel was wonderful from the start. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I didn't mind being that I walked in and really needed it done. Originally he me Daniel was wonderful from the start. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I didn't mind being that I walked in and really needed it done. Originally he mentioned it would around $40. My wait time was only a few minutes over the 2 hours, I still didn't mind. Daniel comped my visit today. I really didn't expect that, but I'm thankful he did it anyways. Always a great experience at Walker Ford! More
