I’m sorry you feel this way, but I want to address a couple things. You purchased a used vehicle from us, and we took additional money off the selling price of the vehicle to give you the deal you wanted. It was a few days later that you called to say that the bumper was cracked. Used vehicles are sold as is and often have some imperfections. If you had wanted a perfect vehicle, our suggestion would have been to purchase a new vehicle. After several conversations with you where you stated in no uncertain terms that you were holding a positive review over our heads based on what we would offer you, we had agreed at that time to cover the labor for the bumper, and you agreed to pay for the part that was also discounted for you. You specifically said that you would leave a positive review after all we did, so this review is a bit shocking. I am now letting you know that we have gone above and beyond for you up to this point, but we are done catering to your demands. We wish you well with your vehicle and hope you can find someplace/someone who will cater to you.
