When I called with the problem I was having it was before Christmas and was not able to get an appointment until 1/14, and when I asked what I should do if it kept happening I was told I should get it towed Christmas and was not able to get an appointment until 1/14, and when I asked what I should do if it kept happening I was told I should get it towed than I could get in sooner. This costed my insurance unnecessarily when I could have drove it in before it wouldn't start again. More

Unfortunately, they are taking more cars for repairs than they are able to deal with. Ford should establish a new dealer in the area in order to keep their customers well served. Cars take days to be taken i they are able to deal with. Ford should establish a new dealer in the area in order to keep their customers well served. Cars take days to be taken into “the shop” for diagnosis. And, until a car doesn’t get diagnosed, the owner doesn’t get approved for loaner, which “they are out of”, despite being entitled to one by having paid for Premium Care plan. It is outrageous, and my next car will surely not be a Ford. The manager is Keith, and he’s not even listed as an employee. I wish I could give him zero stars. More

Car service was good But Shawn Ortiz has not returned any of my calls regarding a replacement car key. I have called several times and Hazem and Danelle also said he would call me in a few days with an answ of my calls regarding a replacement car key.
