Tims truck capital was so nice and pleasant to do business with. They went above and beyond to work with me on my purchase of 2013 Chevy Silverado truck. And even delivery on my truck. Scheduled an appointment, saw the car next day and within 20 minutes I purchased a vehicle. They are super easy to deal with, no pressure on you to buy unlike the Toyota dealership I visited prior. They had a great selection of inventory. I found exactly what I wanted, which is not a simple task in Northern New England. All members of the team communicated very openly and pleasantly. It was literally what I wanted, which is not a simple task in Northern New England. All members of the team communicated very openly and pleasantly. It was literally one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. There was a previously undetected mechanical issue that revealed itself within the first day. The service dept. worked closely with me to work it out. Even though I had signed the warranty that indicated I would pick up 50% of the tab Tim’s covered the full cost. That right there showed a high degree of integrity. I would recommend them any day. Top marks! More
