I have spent most of my life here in the River Valley. After serving the military and a tour in Desert Storm, I returned to Russellville and finished my degree Arkansas Tech University. I did not plan to work in the car business, but came to work here at Phil Wright Autoplex right out of college and have enjoyed many years of working with the public, selling cars and making many friends. I love working with people and helping them pick-out the car of their dreams. Its always a pleasure to make new friends and earn new customers.

I feel like my experience was not great. I feel like they just checked off things on the paper without fully looking and checking everything that they said. My tire pressures were all over the place when the just checked off things on the paper without fully looking and checking everything that they said. My tire pressures were all over the place when they should have been the same if they checked them. My windshield wipers streak really bad but they marked them as being green. They marked my tires at all being a 6 and I know for sure that one tire is different because we had to replace a tire. I don't feel like they rotated my tires when they changed my oil as well. Overall I just think they marked everything as being checked and didn't really do the work to check them. More
