I have spent most of my life here in the River Valley. After serving the military and a tour in Desert Storm, I returned to Russellville and finished my degree Arkansas Tech University. I did not plan to work in the car business, but came to work here at Phil Wright Autoplex right out of college and have enjoyed many years of working with the public, selling cars and making many friends. I love working with people and helping them pick-out the car of their dreams. Its always a pleasure to make new friends and earn new customers.

Repairs for two vehicles at the same time Wonderful service, diagnosis, and repair of my 2016 Yukon Denali, and my 2012 GMC Terrain. It seemed to happen all at once and we were shuffling cars Wonderful service, diagnosis, and repair of my 2016 Yukon Denali, and my 2012 GMC Terrain. It seemed to happen all at once and we were shuffling cars here and there. They quickly diagnosed the problem right about the time of the Covid19 shutdown so they called and asked me if I wanted to pick up the vehicle or leave it until reopening. I said I was fine driving the new SUV the provided me with as a lifetime loyal customer for over 30 yrs. I enjoyed my loaner until they opened and the very day it was fixed and I went to get my vehicle. My husbands was a little luckier as his was only a battery and was fixed prior to the shutdown. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to buy, trade, or repair my GMC or Chevy. I have since upgraded to a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali, same color you can hardly tell the difference. I have purchased this exact type of vehicle since 1996 when the first ones in this body style came out. I was in a car accident and rolled three times and my daughter and I walked away from the accident without anything more than bruises from the seatbelt. I thought right then, well this is my lifesaving vehicle, I think I'll keep buying them. More
