We had called ahead and our representative (Danny) was there We visited Subaru of Jax on a rainy, chilly Sunday and yet the showroom was quite busy. We had called ahead and our representative (Danny) was there to greet us the moment we walked in, and had already started a lot of the paperwork. Since we had spoken on the phone, he had an idea of what we were looking for and pointed us to a number of cars. While we were looking they appraised our Mustang, and within a half hour we had settled on a car and began the buying process. We got a great deal and AJ handled the financing paperwork without issue. All in all, we were there for less than three hours (including the vehicle 'tour') and drove out with exactly what we wanted. All materials that were going to be emailed were in the inbox before we got home, and we received a quick text from Danny making sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend Subaru of Jax! More

We hardly dealt with the stigma that "Car dealers are trying to screw you over", and that was a big plus from the moment we began looking at vehicles. Ended up walking out with a Used 2016 Forester. Danny (the son of the GM) was pleasant to work with and was the cornerstone of the visit feeling so easy-going. He had an excellent knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions on point. All in all, highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville for future prospective buyers!
