My husband was crawling under his Escalade to see if a stick was stuck somewhere causing a noise. He was coming to pick me up after I left my Lincoln MKX to have a flat tire repaired. Justin was in sales but offered his assistance, not knowing what our need was. Long story short, we left both our vehicles for service and Justin drove us home. The end of the story is that I bought a new-to-me 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from Justin who delivered an exceptional sales experience. All I was going to do is get my tire repaired. Why isn't Justin's name listed under the Sales Dept? More
