Best experience buying a car My husband and I walked into Herb Chamber in East Providence, and it was extremely busy. We were immediately greeted by a salesmen named Danny, who s My husband and I walked into Herb Chamber in East Providence, and it was extremely busy. We were immediately greeted by a salesmen named Danny, who stated he was with another customer but would find someone to help us. He wasn't able to find someone because it was that busy. We sat down for about 5 minutes and Danny returned and was able to help us. Danny was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly, not pushy and showed us exactly what we asked to see. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to be sure the car would be ready before they closed for the night. The car was a 2014 but we were treated as though it was a brand new car. Danny thank you for the great experience! Because of you I will not hesitate to recommend others to come see you! More

It was not easy getting the car I wanted but I highly recommend this dealership. It is by far the best experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. It was not easy getting the car I wanted but Danny Reyes (my salesperson) and Tom in finance made sure that happened. Danny was awesome. He was patient, gave me suggestions and his sincere advise but was in no way pushy. He even helped me find the best insurance that worked for me. Natalie Sena, in BDC was extremely nice and informative. I was able to have an idea on prices for different models, before even stepping into the dealership. John Henriques, the sales manager was also very nice and professional. I thank each of them for making this experience such a pleasant one! More

This is my 5th (maybe more) purchase from Herb Chambers over several decades and I've gotten to know Tim in service very well. He goes above and beyond to help me take care of my car (s) - always making sure my customer experience is exceptional. He is also wonderfully nice and a pleasure to work with! I couldn't say enough nice things about him. :) When I recently wanted to purchase a second car so I could give my older car to my college son, Tim introduced me to just the right salesman - knowing I would appreciate someone genuine. Danny was beyond wonderful to work with! He had answers to all my questions (or knew just where to go to get them), went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect for me and that my experience was easy - and he is an authentic, genuinely nice person that was a delight to work with. Stress free buying from real people who care It must have been fate that Danny Reyes was at the door to meet me when I came in to buy my car. He was genuine, warm, and was clear and accurate when he showed me the features of my 2017 CRV. As the deal progressed he kindly answered all my questions honestly and explained every piece of paper set in front of me with clarity - he was never condescending and never tried to hide fine print or important details from me. He made me a very fair offer on the new sale price and then made me a fair offer on my trade in saving me hours of stressful back and forth. It felt like we were working for the same goal. I am beyond thankful for my experience at this dealership and so glad that I got to work with Danny and feel good about my experience. I feel nothing but joy when I drive my new car. At my job I help coach a sales team myself and Danny really did great work, top customer service I would be proud to see from my own team. Laura Lamarre was the first contact I had at the dealership and she set me up to work with Danny. Her authentic correspondence was what brought me in in the first place. Seeing the variety of people working and shopping at the dealership sent me a great message of inclusion. It was nice to not feel like everyone working there was one type of person leading to a group think culture. It was also nice to see parts of myself reflected in the staff showing that I am welcome there. More
