Refused a hub bearing repair that was diagnosed at a different Toyota dealer even though it was under Toyota Warranty. A third mechanic agreed it was the bearing. The appointment was easy to make (online) - the folks were ready for me upon arrival. The car was serviced (oil, filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, taillight replacement and fuel induction cleanin were ready for me upon arrival.
