We just bought our 2nd Subaru from Tucson Subaru and it was another excellent experience. Our sales rep, Robert Pedroza, was a pleasure to work with - responsive, helpful and very personable. We have used their service department for all maintenance and repairs and will continue to do so with our new Outback. A terrific free service offered by the dealership called love encore delivery had us spend time with the specialist, Darla, acquainting is with all the new features of our Outback. She helped us set up everything from Bluetooth to seat positions and the touch screen. Her patience with us was most appreciated and had helped us thoroughly enjoy our new car.
