Could not be happier with the process at five star and the purchase! Darrell made it easy and kept in touch with me weekly during the ordering/waiting period. Cooper continually called me Christine, even though at our first meeting I emphasized Kris-ten. Cooper assured me the BASE model Forester came without ANY bells & whistles; it actually came with severa our first meeting I emphasized Kris-ten. Cooper assured me the BASE model Forester came without ANY bells & whistles; it actually came with several which I was forced to pay for. When I broached him about it, he could have responded in a nicer way. When running through the buttons & switches etc in my new vehicle, Cooper was unable to activate the Android Auto feature and blamed my "piece of xxxx phone cord." I have 3 phone cords total, all 3 work just fine with the Android Auto feature once I got home and read the instructions. Cooper just doesn't know how to use that feature because he has an iphone. He should be better trained in that feature for ALL customers rather than defaulting to an insulting (and inaccurate) comment to the customer. Kenny was pretty confrontational about the extra warranty packages. This was an easy sale for you guys. I'm happy withy vehicle overall. I would recommend Grapevine Subaru, but I wouldn't recommend Cooper. More
