Unlike other dealers the team at Northwest Hills Dealers did not pressure me at all instead I felt like I was an invited guest. I had a few questions about the new features of the Duramax engine and the consultant Bill Reudgen was not sure of the answer so he took me to the service department where my question were answered by an associate who was working on a truck with the Duramax engine. The total team at this Dealership has gone above and beyond basic customer service. I will tell all my friends about this service. Your team has earned my business. More

Jeremy H. was the salesman I worked with in purchasing a used 2012 Ford Mustang. Jeremy didn't hesitate to let me test drive the vehicle and throughout the deal and negotiations his conduct was nothing but professional and I really enjoyed working with him. Through the dealership I was able to get the car warrantied bumper to bumper and they will even waive the $100 deductible if you get your car serviced at their dealership! Phenomenal experience for me, I was treated fairly and honestly and would recommend this place to anyone I know. More
