My truck was with the dealership for 2 months after having a scheduled appointment. I was told my truck would be fixed on the date of my appointment 08/29/22 and here we are 10/03/2022 and I just had t having a scheduled appointment. I was told my truck would be fixed on the date of my appointment 08/29/22 and here we are 10/03/2022 and I just had to take my vehicle to another repair shop as FORD was unable To provide a date on a part. For 2 months I called and called and would be told “we have no date” or “I will contact the parts manager and give a call back with a satellite and I would NEVER receive a call back they also NEVER told me that this part was on back order, I found this information out from the repair shop that will be fixing my vehicle, the part that I’ve been waiting on since august is on back order until December of 2022. And the dealership NEVER told me this information. I will NEVER purchase another ford vehicle this was my first experience with a car note and FORD has made it the absolute worst. I will never purchase another ford vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible vehicles I’ve had this car for 2 years and the turbo charger is “faulty”. 0 accommodations, not even an attempt. Absolutely horrrible! More

Called the service center and scheduled an appointment for a Friday in August for a recall. Called the day before to inquire if I should plan to stay or drop off the car as that was not specified with the for a Friday in August for a recall. Called the day before to inquire if I should plan to stay or drop off the car as that was not specified with the first agent. This agent said my appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday. (sure glad I called). Told me it was a web appointment that was then adjusted by a service rep. Nope, I did not fill out any online form, I only called. I drop the car off in the morning to pick it up after work. Got a call in the afternoon from the service manager assigned to my vehicle that there are bolts that need to be replaced but they are not in stock and won't be available until tomorrow. Since it was never stated as a two-day job, I did not make plans to not have a vehicle. Told the service rep I would leave the car overnight if I could, but that is not an option for me unless there is a loaner I can take for the night. No loaner was available, so I asked the service manager to try put the bolts back in. "Okay, we'll try but can't guarantee". Great... Get a text a couple of hours later that the car is ready for pickup. I pick it up and take a look at the receipt. There's a line item for 4 BAO bolts. So did the bolts magically appear on the shelf and I have the new ones in my car? Or was that forged by Cortese service manager to comply with warranty repair and I am going to have brake failure in the future? I would not ask because this is the second time I have had warranty/recall service done at Cortese and I caught the service manager lying to me about parts that needed to be replaced that were not actually replaced the first time. I do not trust he would be honest with me. More

We did not have a pleasurable experience here. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us, so we went into the office, waited 5 minutes, and finally went to the Cashier for help. Mind you; she saw that we walked in and appeared to ignore us. I asked her for help, and she stated that pull the car in and someone would help us. We did so, and the mechanic was very dismissive of us. We gave him the keys and told him the services we wanted (the 30k maintenance service that Ford suggested). He said, "Ok, got it," we also mentioned that there was something weird going on with the parking sensors, to which he replied that he wouldn't have time to hook it up to the computer today and that we would need to come back (mind you this was at 12:30 pm). We said ok, and then he told us he had been here for 25 years, knew what to do, and would text us when the car was done. We left, and 2 hours later, we received a text the vehicle was ready for pickup. We arrived at the shop, and no one was there to go over what was done to the car, if they noticed anything, etc. We saw the Cashier in the office looking over at us, annoyed, so we checked out. she was NOT friendly. On the paperwork from the mechanic, it said they changed the oil and rotated tires with a comment saying "the works" with no other explanation. We are new to the Ford family and will look for a different dealership/service department for future service. Very disappointing, especially considering all the positive reviews I have seen. More
