Darren was the man at the Front desk, and shout out to the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. I bought my vehicle a ( used ford) and was trying to get it serviced for months with the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. I bought my vehicle a ( used ford) and was trying to get it serviced for months with BoB Johnson (untrustworthy) Toyota and They smile in your face with their hands in your pocket. Thanks FORD for rescuing my wallet!! More

Fast service. Courteous. Good advise. Great experience. Darren replaced as small part that helped our car shift. The part was not covered on our drive-train warran Courteous. Good advise. The labor was the major cost, but well worth it to have our vehicle back to our family in such a short time. We had the vehicle back in a very short time and Darren was great throughout this process. I hope that Ford initiates a recall to permit a refund for this. More

My truck was with the dealership for 2 months after having a scheduled appointment. I was told my truck would be fixed on the date of my appointment 08/29/22 and here we are 10/03/2022 and I just had t having a scheduled appointment. I was told my truck would be fixed on the date of my appointment 08/29/22 and here we are 10/03/2022 and I just had to take my vehicle to another repair shop as FORD was unable To provide a date on a part. For 2 months I called and called and would be told “we have no date” or “I will contact the parts manager and give a call back with a satellite and I would NEVER receive a call back they also NEVER told me that this part was on back order, I found this information out from the repair shop that will be fixing my vehicle, the part that I’ve been waiting on since august is on back order until December of 2022. And the dealership NEVER told me this information. I will NEVER purchase another ford vehicle this was my first experience with a car note and FORD has made it the absolute worst. I will never purchase another ford vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible vehicles I’ve had this car for 2 years and the turbo charger is “faulty”. 0 accommodations, not even an attempt. Absolutely horrrible! More
