Darren was the man at the Front desk, and shout out to the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. I bought my vehicle a ( used ford) and was trying to get it serviced for months with the mechanics who diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away. Fast service. Courteous. Good advise. Great experience. Darren replaced as small part that helped our car shift. The part was not covered on our drive-train warran Courteous. Good advise. Great experience. Darren replaced as small part that helped our car shift. The part was not covered on our drive-train warranty, and the part was very inexpensive. The labor was the major cost, but well worth it to have our vehicle back to our family in such a short time. We had the vehicle back in a very short time and Darren was great throughout this process. I hope that Ford initiates a recall to permit a refund for this. More
