Over the years of our association with Honda of Lincoln (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin Curry whom we have always found to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. He takes the time needed to listen to and answer our questions; and, if necessary, does extra research to find a good answer. He persists until any job is done, and done well. Although we live in Lincoln, if we did not, we would be willing to drive a hundred miles to have our car serviced/repaired at this Honda dealership. Bob & Ann More

Williamson staff is always proactive in caring for my van - explaining at each visit what I can expect for future maintenance which helps us budget for the expense. When I've had questions or concerns the staff has been willing to listen and work to resolve any problem. The shuttle service is a huge help and the drivers are interesting people, prompt and polite. I brought my vehicle in for service and a tire replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop alwa replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop always treats me as if I was their only customer. They answer all of my questions and do the work perfectly everytime. I have been driving Honda's from this dealership for more than 10 years. I would recommend them to everyone that wants outstanding service and value from a car dealership. More

Took my 2006 Civic in for 45,000 mi service plus new tire install (4) that I had ordered from Tire Rack. The job was completed 2 hours earlier than promised! The only thing is that I do not know how they cal install (4) that I had ordered from Tire Rack. The job was completed 2 hours earlier than promised! The only thing is that I do not know how they calculated the 10% coupon but it was close enough and still excellent customer service! More

In an earlier visit I ask about tires for my CRV. I was told about tires that work better on the CRV. So, when it came time to get tires I checked again and was given a great price. There was a problem t told about tires that work better on the CRV. So, when it came time to get tires I checked again and was given a great price. There was a problem that the tires that came in were not the correct ones. I was notified that some were on there way from Omaha. Somehow they got them here and on the car by the end of the day. I like your service! More
