**UPDATE** After finding out that they sold my dad an extended warranty he didn’t want, I contacted them the same day and the next to get it removed. Both times, I’ve been sent to voicemail, and no one has bothered contacting me back. Very shady and dodgy. It’s like, once they make a sale on you, all customer service is out the door. I don’t recommend. They kept trying to upsell us and I had gotten a lot of the packages removed. However, the final day of signing, I couldn’t go with my father due to work. And they chose to use that to their full advantage by selling him an $850 unneeded extended warranty. Contact us at any time. We want this canceled. ———— Darren was very friendly and efficient. He was accommodating. It felt like there was no hassle with him. Darren puts the customer first and he wants you to have the best experience.
