Reliable, pleasant service from start to finish! I was in need of a car, and had already been to two car dealers, and knew I was leaving the best for last. When I entered the Toyota dealership, I wa I was in need of a car, and had already been to two car dealers, and knew I was leaving the best for last. When I entered the Toyota dealership, I was warmly approached by a very friendly young man. I had told Nate (Nathaniel Pickett) I did not have much experience with buying cars. He did not seem to mind at all; he just genuinely showed he cared by speaking in terms I could understand; helping me choose what car would be best for me;and allowing me to test drive the Camry (that I was most interested in). Nathaniel had a way about him, that I felt completely comfortable with each encounter. From the start of searching for a vehicle to even after buying the car, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and the car was in perfect shape. He offered his assistance with future questions/concerns I may have. He obviously cares about his clients; I did not feel like a number or just another sale. I would easily rate Nate with 10 stars as a top salesperson! Robert (Finance) and Daryl (Management) were also accommodating, helping me to get the best deal that I could finance. Their help was truly appreciated! I would also rate them as top notch! More

At his desk he asked us what we were looking for and made sure to give us all the information we wanted and some that we hadn't thought of.with NO PRESSURE at all. It was a wonderful experience. As we were devoted honda people, we wanted a suv but we felt that honda wasn't a good fit for us. Also both our son and daughter both own toyotas that were purchased at dch and they both seen to be very happy with them. Eric Lahl to his time to explain every available option that we could purchase and went through each one of them. Our main focus was safety features as we sometimes transport our grandchildren.
