I have purchased four vehicles from Mike in the past 4 1/2 years. It's rare to be able to work with the same salesman during this entire time since many don't stay but Mike has been with this dealer for 1/2 years. It's rare to be able to work with the same salesman during this entire time since many don't stay but Mike has been with this dealer for quite some time now. During this time, we have stayed in touch, even when I am not buying a car. I consider him a friend and thank him for being genuine, which isn't often seen in the sales industry. From the moment I stepped on the dealership lot, Claudia was upbeat, happy and EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new car. In past experiences with purchasing/leasing a new c was upbeat, happy and EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process of purchasing/leasing a new car. In past experiences with purchasing/leasing a new car, I've always felt pushed/manipulated to go down the path that was the "best option" or overall "best for me" when in reality, it was just the best option or best for the salesperson/dealership but, NOT with Claudia. Yes, Claudia would whisper to me as she walked by while I was looking over the numbers/options "just do it", "you know you want to" or "all you have to do is sign it" but, she always did it with a smile and a little laugh because she could see how happy I was talking about the vehicle and driving it. Before I signed the papers she made sure that I knew that it was my decision and if I didn't think it was best for me that she wasn't trying to pressure me into a deal if I didn't feel like I was going to benefit from it as well. I never felt pushed, pressured or manipulated by Claudia in any way, shape or form, in fact, her walking by and whispering those things to me before signing papers helped to make me feel like I was not being rushed or pressured into making a decision, it actually helped me feel relaxed and totally in control and it helped build a solid relationship between Claudia and I and helped to close that gap between buyer and seller. More

This is for sure, without a doubt, absolutely the smoothest operating, professionally staffed automobile business I have ever encountered. I purchased a used vehicle from them recently and did not kn smoothest operating, professionally staffed automobile business I have ever encountered. I purchased a used vehicle from them recently and did not know there was a pleasant way to go through all the details but, there IS. First of all, my salesman, Ronnie Dunn, was extremely kind and attentive to my questions and concerns. He made me aware of all the necessary facts and figures about the vehicle and also set me up with a hassle-free test drive, without having to even ask. He was super kind and professional the whole time I was there (all 3 times). The Manager of the Used Car Ops is named Les Chambers. He was super friendly and came out from the huge Operations platform to personally greet me after speaking by phone. Very classy. I also appreciated that they addressed a couple itemsd I mentioned and then washed and dried the truck before I drove it off the lot. Every employee I encountered at this dealership was kind and had a smile on. My financial consultant, Daryl Posey was super pleasant and knowledgeable and had me fully informed and up to date so I could simply sign and drive after the handshake. He was so easy to talk with and I enjoyed his personal concern for my understanding all the details of the paperwork. By the way, when I first met Mr. Posey, I thought his name seemed familiar and then I realized he was an awesome Kansas City Chiefs running back! Nothing but good stuff during my experience at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep! Thank you for going out of your way for me and my awesome truck-buying experience! Happy 2022! More

Top notch customer service. I really loved our experience. I’m a Chevy guy and my wife is a Jeep girl, but based on my customer experience from our sales man Ronnie, to the sa I really loved our experience. I’m a Chevy guy and my wife is a Jeep girl, but based on my customer experience from our sales man Ronnie, to the sales manager Andrew, and finally to the finance guy Darrel, I was very impressed. I generally have to haggle for hours for the best deal, but this shop is leaps beyond that. They take a lot of the haggle out up front. Did I haggle a little, of course, but so much less then I needed to in the past elsewhere. Let me just say if you have a good experience with the finance guy, generally the bad guy to the customer, you had a good overall experience, because he’s the last guy you really deal with so to speak, who makes the money for the dealership. To be honest I would consider a Jeep based on how good our service was from those 3, and how far the vehicles have come. Just an all around awesome experience with this dealership. Great job guys, keep it up. More

No appointment, just dropped in to check out some trucks with my wife. Tank drew the short straw and ended up trying to help us. My wife and i are, well ALOT. :) We try to enjoy everything we do and tha with my wife. Tank drew the short straw and ended up trying to help us. My wife and i are, well ALOT. :) We try to enjoy everything we do and thank God Tank saw the world the same. He was patient and spoke knowledgably about the differences between the 1500 and 2500. He even tried to help us out with securing 2 15 passenger vans we had tried to buy earlier in the day for our business. He even was willing to drive us to our house so we could grab a check for the down payment and drop off our old truck. (I had hip replacement the week before and wasn't cleared to drive). Everyone we met were great including Daryl in aftermarket. Had a great talk about being an athlete. Im' 57 and this is only the 2nd new car I have bought in my life. I assure you if I do it again Tank would get first shot at my business! More
