I'm disappointed that there is 3% charge for using a credit card considering that it would have added over $30 to my bill yesterday. And what is that $75 shop charge on top of the high labor charger?!?! credit card considering that it would have added over $30 to my bill yesterday. And what is that $75 shop charge on top of the high labor charger?!?!? That seems a bit over the top in terms of adding a fee for the fun of it. Why bother with one way shuttle service when you are in possession of my mode of transportation? I would like a free lunch for the three hours I need to sit in your noisy, cold waiting area. Daut Marmullak was very professional and did his best to pass on your charges and policies politely. More

My service on Saturday was great! However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested all my tires and looked at my tires and said there was nothing wrong with tires and put in air to the one tire that was low. The next morning the warning was again showing low tire pressure. This time I took it to Discount Tire and they found 2 small holes in the tire that was low. I needed a new tire. I was not happy that I had to waste a lot of time at both places. This should have been found when you looked at it the first time. More

Went in for an A minder service Had a coupon for 69. 95. Left with a $1500 bill. Makes me wonder how necessary the extra services were. Wasn’t advised of the surcharge for using a credit card until I rec 95. Left with a $1500 bill. Makes me wonder how necessary the extra services were. Wasn’t advised of the surcharge for using a credit card until I received a text of my payment with an additional $44 and questioned it. The response I received was “I’m sorry.” I heard that response multiple times throughout the day. The uber driver took me to the wrong address because the service advisor had the wrong one on my account. You can’t just “tell” them it’s wrong, especially when they don’t speak English. Not a good experience here. More

Daut and the entire service team were, once again, fantastic. My 2026 Passport was serviced (and had warranty work done) in less than an hour and a half, just as promised.
