Daut was greet, he explained clearly what services were needed and I was provided with a free loaner car while my car was serviced. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the dealership was because the loaner needed and I was provided with a free loaner car while my car was serviced. I spoke to service mgr about my car's continuing issues with batteries going dead & needing replacement. I wrote a time line chart showing the dates, mileage & months of service of batteries since 3/2017. with batteries going dead & needing replacement. I wrote a time line chart showing the dates, mileage & months of service of batteries since 3/2017. The service mgr completed dismissed this history & told me it was irrelevant. Well, it isn't. At this juncture, I can't trust my car to be reliable, as I've had 5 battery replacements since 3/17/2017 & 91,845 miles over 8, almost 9 years. I told service mgr & service rep that I wouldn't be buying another Honda, as contrary to advertising, they no longer seem to be reliable. Their responses indicated they could have cared less. More

I brought my car in for a safety recall and had a very smooth experience. I was told how long it would take, given quotes for other repairs, and also given a loaner car while mine was being fixed.
