I'm disappointed that there is 3% charge for using a credit card considering that it would have added over $30 to my bill yesterday. And what is that $75 shop charge on top of the high labor charger?!?! credit card considering that it would have added over $30 to my bill yesterday. Why bother with one way shuttle service when you are in possession of my mode of transportation? I would like a free lunch for the three hours I need to sit in your noisy, cold waiting area. My service on Saturday was great! However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested However about 3 weeks ago I had a warning that my tire air pressure was low. I took it over to the service department and the service person tested all my tires and looked at my tires and said there was nothing wrong with tires and put in air to the one tire that was low. The next morning the warning was again showing low tire pressure. This time I took it to Discount Tire and they found 2 small holes in the tire that was low. I needed a new tire. I was not happy that I had to waste a lot of time at both places. This should have been found when you looked at it the first time. More
