We've bought cars from this dealership in the past, and have had good experiences. However, this was not the same. It felt very rushed. The salesperson told us he would be leaving by 2pm the day of the sal have had good experiences. However, this was not the same. It felt very rushed. The salesperson told us he would be leaving by 2pm the day of the sale, implying there was nobody else to facilitate things. We were waiting for our bank to process our loan, and had no control over how long that would take. They only had one key fob for the car. When we asked if they could get us another one, the salesman actually said "nah". I felt he could have at least pretended to try. He was less than enthusiastic to say the least. Things really got rushed even more when we met with the next person to complete the sale. It was a Friday, around 3pm. Their on-line hours say open until 6pm. But it felt like they all just wanted to get us out of there and leave for the day. She spoke so fast, offering us all the add-ons. We would be potentially spending a few thousand dollars extra, and had to make a decision within minutes. I realize they do this every day. But for us, it's a big purchase to buy a car, and you should not feel this rushed along. To be clear, I'm only leaving this review because I have received many requests, and feel it's important to give honest feedback. I would go back, and work with a different salesperson. More
