Ive purchased a brand new car back in July/2023. Ever since, I have experienced countless problems with the vehicle and the way Elkins has been dealing with those problems is unbelievable. Especiall Ever since, I have experienced countless problems with the vehicle and the way Elkins has been dealing with those problems is unbelievable. Especially regarding the last one when they had my car for almost 2 weeks and they claimed to now know what was going on. After a lot of testing and parts replacing, they returned my car. When I picked it up, my car still had parts that were disassembled from the service they performed and they even damage my all season mat, which is quite expensive. All they did was say they were sorry. Not enough, my car just presented another problem with the keyless lock on the doors. Again, that was a 2024 brand new car I purchased. I cant say how much I despise Chevrolet right now and how much I regret purchasing a car (outright, worth mentioning) with Elkins. They were dying to sell me the car the day I went there shopping and now my car has barely 3000 miles on it, and accumulated a total of 4 services for factory flaw/defect. Isnt it great? More

Everyone I deal with was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. Answered all my questions and my car was done in a timely manner with the required service complete. The waiting room could be a little lar helpful. Answered all my questions and my car was done in a timely manner with the required service complete. I thought I needed a new alternator. When I went to the service department, I was given a "complimentary" multi-point inspection. Upon completion, I was then told I would need a new batt When I went to the service department, I was given a "complimentary" multi-point inspection. Upon completion, I was then told I would need a new battery from them for $255. Then they charged me $239 to tell me that. I think it's sad that such a large company would take advantage of someone like that. Almost $250 just to let someone know they need a new battery is ridiculous. I just moved to this town, and I thought I would be using them for my Chevy needs, but now it appears I can't trust them. The way I see it, they saw that I am a person of color and felt they needed to charge me through the roof for a task that Discount Auto Parts would have done for close to nothing. I am a 20 US Army vet, and I am disappointed in Elkins Chevy for their service practices. I will make sure my treatment doesn't go unknown. More
