They made it right Initially I was VERY disappointed in the service I received. I had to return because the part needed was not in stock. When I got there the second tim Initially I was VERY disappointed in the service I received. I had to return because the part needed was not in stock. When I got there the second time they had to reprint my service form and I was asked how much I was quoted. I had not been given anything in writing so it could have Ben $300- 1009 for all I knew. Did not feel like a valued customer. However once I talked with Tom the Service manager her made sure I left a satisfied customer More

North country ford Lincoln has a wonderful service departmen I brought my Tbird in without an appointment because it wouldn’t hold a charge. They were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. Focus Transmission sucks I bought my new 2013 Focus Ti from North Country Ford. Since then I’ve had at least 4 clutch replacements (shudder). Based on history, the car will ru I bought my new 2013 Focus Ti from North Country Ford. Since then I’ve had at least 4 clutch replacements (shudder). Based on history, the car will run smoothly for about a year, then start to shudder, again. Love the car and all of its Ti goodies. Transmission sucks!! More
