We were looking online for a vehicle. Several dealerships contacted us to offer their help. Our sales person, Stephanie Rouleau, contacted us to see if she could help us out. There was no pressure from her which we appreciated. We weren’t sure if we could purchase a new vehicle or if it would be a used vehicle. Both Stephanie and the used car sales manager worked hard to get us into the new SUV we wanted and kept us within our budget. The level of communication was great and remained pressure free throughout the several days we were deciding whether to move forward with the new vehicle purchase. We are pleased with everyone at John Paul’s Buick GMC dealership. More

Had the best selection of Buicks in the body style that I was interested in (compared to other Buick/GMC dealers in the region). This allowed me to test and compare the different models/trims side by side in was interested in (compared to other Buick/GMC dealers in the region). This allowed me to test and compare the different models/trims side by side instead of across several different locations. Pricing was transparent and fair, didn't include bogus fees. Pleasant experience overall. More
