I was very pleased when I visited your agency. It was the first time that I had been to your agency. The reason we (my wife and I) stopped was to look at cars. We live in Fairfield and we were going t the first time that I had been to your agency. The reason we (my wife and I) stopped was to look at cars. We live in Fairfield and we were going to Costco’s . I have been telling my wife she should lock at a new car. Her car was a Voivo station wagon and was fifteen years old but had low mileage. We gave her car to our granddaughter that day because we bought a Kia Sportage within a half hour at this quick first visit. This is very unusual for shopping with my wife….she usually has to spend much more time before buying anything but your salesman was good and the car was what she needed . Dave Dimatteo presented himself in a very friendly manner, however, quickly changed his tune when I contacted him within one day of leasing a car and finding it to be totally not as he explained it. T manner, however, quickly changed his tune when I contacted him within one day of leasing a car and finding it to be totally not as he explained it. The vehicle did not live up to his description. He and the financial person would not take my call for weeks. By then, I no choice but to turn in the vehicle and lease another for almost double the monthly payment. I could actually hear Sal and other staff telling the receptionist they would not speak to me when I called. I was deeply hurt by the manner in which they handled this situation. Dave's answer to me was "well, you test drove the car". They took advantage of an elderly person during the most vulnerable time possible. More
