Cameron Shemwell knew every answer to all of my many questions. His patience, knowledge & hospitality was so appreciated, this legality was not just easy, but fun & exciting. Something car buying has never been! I commend the Beaver Toyota Dealership from the top management all the way through the detailers and car maintaince personnel who walked me through all the gadgets, symbols & features of my new 2020 Rav4. From my the bottom of my heart, I thank each and everyone of these people for the kind & compassionate help to bring complete satisfaction from start to finish. Incidently, this dealership was three hours distance from my home but the purchase from start to finish was flawless. Drove here from Jacksonville and received excellent service! Dave thoroughly walked me through all of the features of the RAV4 I was interested in, and took the time to show me how all of those feature service! As someone who has never seen many of these features, I greatly appreciated it. Also, the incentives, not to mention the spectacular layout, of the guest waiting area are the best I have ever seen at a dealership. I purchased a used Toyota Prius from Beaver Toyota on Feb 4, 2020. My salesperson was Dave Kraus, and he was amazing! My total buying experience was a pleasure, which is not something I ever thought I would say about buying a car, haha. When I arrived at the dealership the car I wanted to test drive was already pulled around waiting for me to take for a spin. Dave thoroughly explained and demonstrated the numerous features of the car before we left the lot, being sure to answer any and all of my questions. I was able to drive the car long enough to get a good feel for how it performs, it's features, etc.. At no time was I being pressured into purchasing this car. He made the test drive a very relaxed, no stress drive. We even had a few laughs (He has a good sense of humor). When we returned to the lot Dave offered to show me additional cars if I was interested, however, I was super happy with the auto I just drove so I decided to purchase it. The entire time I was at the dealership I was offered something to drink as well as a snack, by everyone I encountered. The customer service from the entire staff was outstanding! And I mean, the whole entire staff, every single person I crossed paths with was happy, personable, friendly, helpful and downright plesant. This was by far the easiest and least stressful car buying experinece I have ever made. Thank you, Dave for making my experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. I have been raving to everyone about both you and Beaver Toyota. More
