Brought my Ford Explorer in for service and had a terrible experience. The service advisor was pushy, rude, and flat-out dishonest. He insisted my brakes were "dangerously low" and needed to be replaced immediately, but when I came to get my vehicle the nice man who cashed me out, not my advisor, showed me the inspection from the tech and the brakes were marked in the yellow. No where near "dangerous" The whole experience was uncomfortable — the advisor came across as aggressive and dismissive, and I left feeling pressured rather than helped. Definitely not the level of honesty or professionalism I expect from a Ford dealership. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back here again. More

Service guy was very pushy. Tried selling me things for my truck with out even looking at it. Told me my alignment was out and needed fixed, showed me a paper for a car that was Tried selling me things for my truck with out even looking at it. The oil change itself was fine. Took about an hour. Car was washed. He seemed determined to make me spend more money while I was there. Won't be back for next service More
