We purchased a certified pre-owned Subaru, and at every step of the process, there was ZERO obfuscation or price-padding whatsoever. Every detail was thoroughly explained, and 'added up' logically. Similarly, it is definitely worth mention that paying by cash was not in any way discouraged. Special mention is richly deserved by Dave Novik, our sales associate.
