I dropped my truck off on October 11th Ang received it back 46 DAYS later. The advisor never called me about my truck. I had to call to find out anything. They didn’t order all the parts need to perform t back 46 DAYS later. The advisor never called me about my truck. I had to call to find out anything. They didn’t order all the parts need to perform the repair at the same time. No one called to tell me my truck was finished. All I got was an invoice in my email and I had to call to verify it was done. When I came to pick it up he just handed me my keys after I paid what I owed and he said the truck was “back there in the lot”. When I got to my truck it was covered in leaves and pollen from sitting on the lot for weeks. When I got in my truck all I could smell was used oil. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. ZERO out of 5 stars More
