I can't even begin to sing the praise of DCH Kay Honda. I was put in touch with the sales manager Mike lyttle through a friend of mine. Had some nice conversations with Mike over the phone and began the I was put in touch with the sales manager Mike lyttle through a friend of mine. Had some nice conversations with Mike over the phone and began the negotiation process over the phone. I told him what i was paying now and what i was looking to pay on the new lease. Unlike most salesmen and dealerships, Mike heard me and right away came back with a deal so good i had to do a doubletake to make sure it was real. When i arrived at the dealership, i was greeted with a smile by Jordan jones who ended up being my sales rep. Jordan is absolutely fantastic. He is friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything for me up too and including calling my insurance to switch the coverage to my new vehicle. I have leased many many cars in my life, but Jordan and Mike are just as top notch as top notch gets! I STRONGLY recommend DCH Kay Honda and Specifically Jordan Jones and Mike Lyttle. You will get treated the way you deserve to be treated!!!!!!! More

Walked into the dealership to sell a car I had inherited… after meeting Eric, and speaking with him I decided to go forward and purchase a new vehicle. NOT because he was aggressive or pushy… the exact oppos after meeting Eric, and speaking with him I decided to go forward and purchase a new vehicle. NOT because he was aggressive or pushy… the exact opposite! I then sold the dealership a separate vehicle. It was simply the easiest and most comfortable car buying/selling experience I have ever had.. and this is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership since 2000. Eric was so kind and personable to work with. Also want to mention Dave who was great as well. I never thought I would use the word “delightful” when speaking about buying a car..but it really was!! Eric went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. More
