I have always been treated with the utmost respect when I have brought my car in for service and routine maintenance. Everything has been explained to me in detail, they have listened to any concerns that I have brought my car in for service and routine maintenance. Everything has been explained to me in detail, they have listened to any concerns that I may have had, and I’ve been very pleased with both the customer service, as well as the quality of service to my car. When I purchased my Honda in Kansas, we purchased oil changes at the time we bought my Honda, and strangely enough, Baxter Toyota was the sister company where I had to go get my oil changes for three years, as we had already paid for them. The Toyota customer service department was horrible! I would never consider buying a Toyota ever again because I would never want to have to get service from them ever again. Besides, this is the first Honda I’ve ever had and I love it! Your Honda service department is hands-down the best! Thank you for everything. More

When I had it in there in November to have the oil changed, I told them it had been acting like it didn’t want to start. So they checked the battery and said it tested OK and that I probably just need changed, I told them it had been acting like it didn’t want to start. So they checked the battery and said it tested OK and that I probably just needed to drive it for longer periods of time to charge up the battery. But the battery was less than one year old then. Then when I tried to start it to take my husband to the emergency room on January 2nd, it wouldn’t start! That was very upsetting! They did replace the battery at no charge, but I think they should’ve done that in November so I wouldn’t have had that problem in January. More
